We ask you to provide a 24-hour notice to cancel your session. Once we receive your notice to cancel the session, you can reschedule online at any time convenient for you. 

Please email us a 24-hour cancellation notice to cgnlppractitioner@gmail.com. If you do not reschedule your session, there will be a $30 cancellation/no show fee. 

We have to right to cancel and reschedule your appointment at any time.

All transactions are final. There are no refunds for services. This is due to the type of business model and services we provide. 

Our Exchange Policy qualifies for new clients only. 

Process to Exchange Service for You or Your Family Member

To exchange a Service, you will need to cancel the original service. Notify us via email at cgnlppractitioner@gmail.com to "cancel the original booking and exchange the Service on your original account and update to a new account for you or your family member." 

Qualifications to Exchange Services 

To qualify for the Exchange Policy, you must meet all of these qualifications;

1.) you must be a new client, 2.) you have completed and returned your intake forms, 3.) you have paid for services in full, 4.) you received a scheduling confirmation, 5.) you have not used the service prior to notifying us about the exchange, and 6.) the service is equal to or greater than the exchange. 

If you have paid for a service and you want to change it before using the service, you can upgrade the service. There may be additional fees to upgrade any service. (Example: Life Coach to Menopause for Her costs an additional $50.) If the service is less than the original service, you will receive a refund of the difference of the cost. No substitutes. 

If you do not want to attend the service you have paid for, you can exchange it with another family member. Your family member will be required to complete an intake form. 

Generally, each service is scheduled for one hour.

The efficiency of each service will be different per person and per situation. We suggest starting with an initial consultation at https://altmedfl.org/ola/services/initial-consultation to discuss your service options, and suggested time limit for your first session. 

You can always book multiple consecutive appointment slots when available. 

We do not accept insurance at this time. Google shows most alternative medicine services like acupuncture and chiropractic care are usually covered by insurance while other alternative medicine treatments may not be covered by insurance. Most insurance companies do not offer alternative holistic services under a medical insurance policy or plan. 

We hope this is not an inconvenience to schedule with us. We understand paying out of pocket can be an issue when you have met your deductible. No matter your financial situation, we would be happy to serve you as our new client. 

Do not worry. We have options without outrageous merchant fees! Select from one or more of our trusted vendors that works best for you. Make your payments on the go using your smartphone, while on a break at work, or from your laptop or computer. 

Payment Options: Be sure to make your full payment two days prior to any online appointments. 

We have created several payment options that will work for you: 1.) pay in full, 2.) make two payments, 3.) make three payments, or 4.) pay as you go.  

Payment Methods: You can use Google to verify each of our qualified vendors. Choose from safe online payment options like Zelle, Money Gram and Western Union.

Of course! Our practice operates just like your local doctor's office except we are fully online. We use online telecommunication technologies to reach our global clients and partners. 

To get started, we will email you an intake form once you have booked your service and made a qualified payment. Please complete and return the intake forms 48 hours prior to your appointment. Be as clear as possible on the intake forms. We will review your intake form prior to your appointment.
